Position Title: Director of Sales

Position Description

The Director of Sales position will insure the continued focus on the customer and the implementation of sales policies, procedures, and the processes’ to improve the company’s growth rate. This is a hand’s on, take charge, get it done personality that leads by example. This opportunity requires a candidate with a proven & verifiable track record of success in building a direct sales organization. The ideal candidate will have the experience of recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring of a 6 to 8 person sales team.


Location: Cleveland, Ohio


Base Salary: $ 75 - 80K


Company Benefits: 

The compensation package will be comprised of a base salary and incentive for a total package in the $75K to $80K range with the upside in the $135K++
